Creole Shrimp and Greens with Brown Rice 'n Beans (for 2)
Jay's piquant Creole Shrimp is prepared with sauteed shrimp, crushed tomatoes, celery, onion, bell peppers, garlic, parsley, thyme, and a bit of cayenne, black pepper, and white pepper (bam!) The Creole shrimp are thencombined with braised kale and chard and serve a bed of brown rice 'n beans. Stir it up and dive in!
