Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich with Plum-Mango Chutney, Kale Chips (for 2)
Whole chicken breast marinated in a classic teriyaki marinade (gluten free soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, and citrus juice) then grilled and garnished with sesame seeds. We provide the sesame seed bun, lettuce, tomato, and plum chutney on the side. Warm up the teriyaki chicken separately, then assemble sandwich. Comes with a side of kale chips.
Jay's plum-mango chutney is slow cooked with red and purple plums, onion, mango, garlic, ginger, raisins, red wine vinegar, and brown sugar.
