Triple Green Pesto Pasta with Chicken, Butternut Squash, and Roasted Peppers (for 2)
Jay's Triple Green Pesto (made with spinach, kale, chard, cashews, walnuts, garlic, basil, Parmesan, olive oil) gets tossed with grilled, sliced chicken, linguini, roasted butternut squash, bell peppers, and a jigger of light cream.
