Sesame Crusted Tuna, Wilted Spring Greens, Napa Cabbage Slaw (for 2)
Ahi tuna steaks are lightly marinated in sesame oil, gluten-free soy sauce, and mirin, dredged with toasted black and white sesame seeds, grilled to medium rare, spritzed with fresh lime and served over a bed of skillet-seared spring greens (kale, spinach, chard). A light Napa Cabbage Cole Slaw appears on the side. (also includes red cabbage, carrots, onion, lemon, brown sugar).
