Jay's "Gaucho steaks" are lightly marinated and grilled and cubed flank steaks topped with Argentinian chimichurri, an herbal, slightly tart sauce of fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon, red wine vinegar, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Served over a nutrient dense red quinoa-rice pilaf (made with onions, bell peppers) with broccoli garnish. #Glutenfree #dairyfree
Kitchen Tip: We grill the steak medium rare. If you prefer medium-to-well done, simply reheat the meat a few minutes longer.
