Grilled tuna steaks (marinated with red miso, sesame oil, gluten-free soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and garlic) are served over kabocha squash-rice pilaf (onion, bell peppers) and garnished with white sesame seeds and broccoli. #Glutenfree #dairy-free
We grill the tuna to medium-rare. Reheat to desired degree of doneness. Brown rice available upon request.
