Jay's grilled "Gaucho steaks" are lightly marinated flank and skirt steaks served with Argentinian chimichurri, an herbal, slightly tart sauce of fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon, red wine vinegar, cumin, coriander, and roasted tomatillos. Served over redquinoa-brown rice pilaf (made with onions, bell peppers). #Glutenfree #stunning
