If we're talking about food providing long lasting fuel, nourishment, and sustainable energy, then breakfast is hands down the most important meal of the day. This week's version of breakfast utopia includes (precooked) red quinoa, rolled Quaker Oats, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, jumbo raisins, and sunflower seeds. All you do is add boiling water and choice of sweetener (brown sugar or agave syrup, honey) and give it stir. (We prefer to cool it with a jigger of almond milk)
